Usewalter Partnership

(Montreal, November 5, 2020) UseWalter (TSXV: WLTR) (“UseWalter” or “the Company”) today announced it has entered into a partnership with Magex Technologies (“Magex”), a company that designs customized software for the North American real estate market. Through this partnership, UseWalter expects to significantly expand its offering with the inclusion of Magex’s approximately 100,000 doors, primarily located in the province of Quebec.

“The partnership with Magex is indicative of the types of partnerships UseWalter will be pursuing in order to gain market share in the multi-residential real estate sector,” said Peter Mazoff, President and CEO. “Magex is well known and highly respected among software designers and we look forward to a mutually beneficial partnership with the common goal of providing the best service possible to our customers.”

Magex, a Quebec-based company, develops software for property managers in order for them to better manage properties. From condo management to profitability analysis solutions, Magex offers a range of software solutions customized for the various components of property management.

The partnership with Magex will further increase UseWalter’s presence in Quebec, which has grown significantly since its acquisition of Walter Innovations Inc. (“Walter”) in July 2020. Since integrating Walter into the business, the Company has enhanced its presence in the multi-residential real estate market through the additions of well-known Montreal-area landmarks and projects such as: Habitat 67, Sentinel Gestion Immobilière, La Tour des Canadiens Phase 2, Le Solano Phase 4 and Le Laurent Clark Phase 2.
